Last updated: 17 August 2026 Readings & Consultations Once a consultation has been booked and paid for, the payment is non-refundable. You may request to reschedule your appointment by giving at least 48 hours' notice. Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments without prior notice, may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. If we need to reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative slot. Written Reports Payments for written reports are non-refundable once work on the report has started. If you need to correct or update information provided for the report, please contact us as soon as possible. Courses Course fees are non-refundable once enrolment has been confirmed and course access has been provided. If there is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
